I just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the family visit they just had.

They absolutely loved the ship, they thought from start to finish they couldn't fault it. From the service to the people to the quality of the food and the size of the room, everything really did feel like 5 star.

They enjoyed site seeing but on some days found the weather really uncomfortable with the heatwave that is going on.

They also wanted me to let you know they were very happy with the service they received from you. With the pack you sent them in the post, to also sending consistent emails to keep them informed as to what to expect and have everything to hand in email and paper format.
